What data we collect
- Forms and messages: when you ask for a revenue estimate, contact us or book a stay, we receive the details you enter, for example your name, phone number, email address and information about your property or stay.
- Website visits: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the website secure and working.
- Visitor insights: we use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our website, for example which pages they visit, how far they scroll and where they click. See the section on cookies below.
How we use your data
We use your details only to answer your request, send you your estimate, manage your booking or property, and improve our website. We do not sell your data.
Cookies and Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how our website is used, through heatmaps and anonymised session recordings. Clarity may set cookies and processes usage data on servers of Microsoft. Text you type into forms is hidden from the recordings. When you first visit, a notice asks for your choice. If you click Decline, Clarity is stopped on your device. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers that help us run our business, for example our website host (Hostinger), Microsoft Clarity, WhatsApp, and booking and channel management platforms when you book a stay. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
How long we keep data
We keep your details only as long as needed for the purpose above, or as long as the law requires, for example for bookings and invoices.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Just send us a message on WhatsApp or through our contact page.
Changes
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
