What does your management include?

Everything needed to run a holiday home: the holiday home permit, furnishing and styling if needed, professional photos, listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and Agoda, dynamic pricing, guest screening and communication, check-ins, cleaning, maintenance and monthly reporting.

How much does your service cost?

Our fee is a percentage of the rental income your property earns. That means we only earn when you earn. We share the exact terms after a short conversation about your property.

Is there a minimum contract period?

No. There is no minimum contract period. We want you to stay because the results are good, not because a contract forces you to.

Do I need a holiday home permit in Dubai?

Yes. Every short-term rental in Dubai must be registered with the Department of Economy and Tourism. As a licensed holiday home operator, we take care of the registration for you.

When and how do I get paid?

You receive a payout every month together with a clear statement of bookings, income and costs. You can also follow your bookings and earnings anytime in the owner app.

Can I still use my property myself?

Yes. You keep full control and can block dates for your own stays or adjust availability whenever you need.

My property is not furnished. Can you help?

Yes. Our in-house design team furnishes and styles your property quickly, from essential furniture to artwork and accessories, so it is ready for guests.
